I started taking a medical Spanish class this week. It will help me with my patients in the future. I start a new job in cardiac surgery next week. I found a class that starts in May that is singing in Spanish. I think singing in particular is a great way to learn phrases and words.

Tonight I start a cuban salsa de Rueda class. Wish me luck with that.

Dance class is a learning process. I've never done partnered dance before. It's a lot of fun.

Medical Spanish is a bit overwhelming, but I am learning. Was talking with a language buddy of mine from Guatemala and she told me that medical Spanish is hard for her, and she is a native Spanish speaker. SO...that made me feel better.

You've really never done partnered dance before though? Not even in school? They made us square-dance with each other (in like 4th and 5th grade) here in TX 😣
